It was a pleasure seeing you last month in the Netherlands. It was a very useful and productive meeting. As you will notice, I am trying out the director’s online forum. I have hired a new webmaster so please let me know how we can make it easier to use. To access the forum, you will need to login using the username and password that you were sent in the spring. The login can be found on the homepage under members or under Resources/BoP Groups/BoP Directors.
The presentations from the meeting are all posted online. You will find them under Resources/BoP Groups/BoP Directors, then select “share files” and click on “files”. Under files I currently have 3 folders: Governance, Meetings, and Profiles.
Under Governance I have posted the governance document that we used for our discussion at the meeting. We are currently amending that document based on our discussion at the meeting.
Under Meetings you can find all the powerpoint presentations used at the meeting. You will also find the synopsis of the meeting including the list of potential collaborations and those Learning Labs interested in the topic. If I did not capture your interest in a particular collaboration correctly, please let me know.
Under Profiles you will find the profiles of the various BoP Learning Labs. Please post yours if it is not already there using the template that is posted.
